We offer a range of support options, from one-on-one counselling to community events and self-help resources. Explore the different ways you can access support and take the next step toward better mental wellbeing.
Book a counselling session
Speak one on one with a trained professional in a private and supportive space. Our counselling sessions help you navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and take positive steps toward mental wellbeing.
Community support groups
Join wellbeing walks, cold water dips and our circles that bring people together. Our events create a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and focus on mental well-being.

Have questions? We’ve got answers
We want you to feel informed and supported. Below are answers to common questions about our counselling sessions, confidentiality, costs, and how to get started.
How do I book a counselling session?
Booking a counselling session is simple. Fill out the request form below with your details, and a member of our team will reach out to discuss your needs and arrange your session. We aim to match you with the right support and provide guidance on what to expect. If you have any specific preferences or requirements, let us know in your request.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes, all counselling sessions are completely private and confidential. We follow strict confidentiality policies to ensure you feel safe discussing your concerns. Your personal details and anything you share in a session will remain between you and your counsellor, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we may need to take appropriate safeguarding steps.
What if I need urgent help?
If you are in crisis and need immediate support, we recommend reaching out to a trusted helpline or emergency service. Our counselling sessions are not designed for crisis intervention, but there are organisations that can provide immediate help 24/7. You can find a full list of emergency contacts above, or visit our resources page for further support.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Yes, you can request a session on behalf of someone else, such as a friend, family member, or colleague. However, counselling is most effective when the individual seeking support is actively involved in the process. We require their consent before booking and will reach out to them directly to confirm their interest and arrange a suitable time.
How much does it cost?
The first four sessions are completely free, allowing you to access support without financial pressure. After that, we ask for £20 donation per session to help us continue providing mental health support to those in need. However, no one will be turned away due to financial concerns.
