Where your money goes
Every donation makes a direct impact. Your support allows us to offer free 1:1 counselling sessions to anyone who is struggling and reaches out for help. We provide the first 4 sessions at no cost, and then ask for a £20 donation per session for another block of 4 — but no one is turned away if they can’t afford it.
A portion of donations also helps keep the charity running, covering essential costs like the space where our counsellors deliver therapy. This service is in high demand, and thanks to you, we’re able to keep our average wait time to just 2 weeks from referral to first session.
Together, we’re making sure support is there when it’s needed most.
Why does Tidy Butt exist?
We believe that mental health should be spoken about openly without stigma, shame, or fear. Through community events, wellbeing talks, and direct support, we are changing the way mental health is understood and supported.
