Who can attend Tidy Butt events?

Our events are open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether you're looking to improve your mental well-being, connect with like-minded people, or simply try something new, you’re welcome to join. We foster an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your place. Our community events require an electronic waiver to be signed due to safety considerations. Check our event listings for availability and booking details.

Are the events free?

Many of our community events are free to attend, as we believe in making mental well-being support accessible to all.   • Wellbeing Walks – Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking.
  • Cold Water Therapy Dips – Swimwear, a towel, warm layers, and a hot drink for after.
  • Retreats – Any personal items you need for comfort, such as a journal, yoga mat, or extra layers.
