Do I really need that?

We're continually look for new things to make us happy, new phones, new clothes and new cars to name a few but true happiness is inside of us all, we just need to discover it. We treat unhappiness with materialistic things which works for a short time then we find ourselves aimlessly scrolling through new items we think we need trying to find our next happiness fix.



Be honest!

When you look in the mirror what do you see?

Who are you?

What's your diet like?

Are there things in your life that you can improve that will have an impact on your happiness?

Do you want what you don’t need?

Are there negative people in your life effecting your happiness?

Are you doing things that’s effecting your happiness but still doing them anyway?

Are you comparing yourself to others?

What does happiness mean to you?


Answer these questions, take time to reflect and start to implement the solution today. Don’t wait, don’t brush it under the carpet there’s no better time to start on the road to happiness than now.

  • Love

  • Spent time with family / friends

  • Go for walks / spend time in nature

  • Smile more

  • Random acts of kindness

  • Surround yourself with positive people

  • Eat healthy food

  • Limit alcohol

  • Be grateful for what you have

  • Continue to sharpen your mind

  • Be nice to yourself

  • Be present

  • Start a hobby

  • Join a gym / club

  • Be positive


Be the owner of your own happiness.

Everyone has their unique requirements to attain happiness and what makes one person happy could be very different to what makes someone else happy. Don’t compare your happiness with others. Be you.
